Hello there! I’m Natalie Bird Sweeting! ( She/Her)

 

My passion is capturing life’s magical moments; from your wedding day, to a day out with your family, and everything in-between. Whether you’re rocking out onstage, strolling on the beach, walking through the pines, hosting an exciting event, or just having a blast wherever you feel joy, I see inspiring beauty throughout all of it, and it is my mission to capture that beauty with my camera and give you a souvenir from your life’s story. 

Growing up just outside Yosemite Valley meant I had the ultimate playground as a kid, and it trained my eye to recognize and appreciate all the visual wonders that surround us in this world. Having lived in the majestic Sierras, historical New England, and sunny Santa Cruz, I’ve only continued to discover and marvel at what’s before my eyes as a photographer. I’m an avid music fan: I love singing, dancing, and going to concerts. I also love film and fashion, and I’ve always had a keen eye for style and design. 

 

In my free time, you might find me hiking in Yosemite/being outside, going to live shows, styling both clothes and interiors, cooking, singing along to my favorite bands, or going on adventures with the amazing humans I am lucky to share life with, especially spending time with my wonderful family, who mean everything to me. I am who I am today because of my incredible late Mother, and my two phenomenal sisters!

 

As your photographer, I am all about YOU! I want to bring out the best of what is pure and authentic in you, and my first priority is always to make you feel comfortable with just being yourself - because that’s where the true magical moments come to life. :)
